"I really love the Tee Stackers and was impressed with how they make you focus on the balls and keep your swing level. The Tee Stackers make hitting off the tee more fun and challenging! I plan to include them in my new drill book coming out next year."
Michele Smith, Two Time USA Olympic Gold Medalist
"If you are looking for a way to teach the proper pathway through the strike zone, well the Tee Stacker will do that for you even if your are not there. This is an inexpensive device that a team or individual can use to teach a proper bat path through the zone to extension. I use it in my private lessons in both softball and baseball and with my professional baseball players. It's just another great tool to help our young athletes."

GCSE Maths Revision Baber 2014-10-18T16:50:49+00:00
From experience, we know studying for GCSEs can be one of the most daunting times in any child’s education and the prospect of not achieving that mythical grade C in GCSE maths can weigh heavy on their minds. MisterMaths is the perfect way to ensure that they achieve their full potential. Our GCSE maths revision resources includes worksheets, Maths tests and past papers. On their own they are a great resource but to gain maximum benefit they should ideally be used with a tutor.
GCSE Maths revision at the Foundation level covers grades G to C. In the new syllabus starting in 2015 GCSE grades will be replaced by a new system of number grades. please see our blog for further information
GCSE Maths revision at the Higher level covers grades D to A*. In the new syllabus starting in 2015 GCSE grades will be replaced by anew system of number grades. please see our blog for further information
The new GCSE course for Maths will begin in September 2015, meaning the first new GCSE exams will be sat in 2017. So those of you with Children starting to take their GCSE’s next year (year 10) will be the first to enter the new system. As such the exam results for those students will be a mix of number and letter grades. These changes will only affect students in England. Wales and Northern Ireland will be introducing their own systems and Scotland will be its present one.
Two tier system is staying
The current Foundation and Higher tier system is projected to remain. However Ofqual have stated that it may be possible to have just one stretched exam paper for all students in the future.Grades are difficult to compare
Ofqual has deliberately introduced a new system to differentiate from the old. As such the grades do not align. However there are some clues that we can use to overlap the traditional A-G grades. Please not that this is only an educated guess at the moment and boundaries will change as the new system comes into place.
#1: Practice exam questions, using past exam papers.
#2: Compile either revision cards/notes on individual topics on the key points to remember, to ensure no marks are dropped.

#4: Make sure you have downloaded the Maths Watch App onto your phone/tablet so you can listen to maths clips whenever possible; you can also access their website online.
#5: Download and use the PiXL Maths App; again you can also access their website online.

(Fun KS2 Maths revision quizzes to teach students in Year 3, Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6)
KS2 means stepping the game up in mathematics.
You’ve already said a cheery hello to addition, number lines and multiplication. Now it’s time to get stuck in with fractions, shapes, perimeters and other mathematically-spectacular topics. KS2 students can refine their skills to achieve the much-desired Mathematical Whizz Kid status.
We think anyone who makes it through all our KS2 quizzes on maths deserves a little ‘hip hip hooray’ (we would pull party poppers too if we could!).
We won’t lie to you - it’s not all ice cream and sprinkles down there in the quiz section. Some of this stuff gets tricky. Really tricky. Sometimes you’ll be scratching your head like the ponderer you are, trying to digest all the new information and wondering if you’ll ever be able to figure out percentages or ratios. And then it will happen. You’ll shout ‘Eureka!’, you’ll jump from your chair so high you’ll almost hit the roof and everything in your brain will slot nicely into place. That’s the magic in maths and we’ve designed our quizzes to try to make that happen as often as possible.
We’ll provide helpful explanations after each incorrect answer to let you know where you went wrong and (most importantly) teach you how to get the right answer next time.
Maths in the classroom is a little pernickety. (Do you like that word, pernickety? We love it. What a great word.) In a single lesson, maths can go from simple to mind-bogglingly complicated. That’s where we step in. If you come out of maths classes a little bit confused, or not entirely sure if you were doing it right, we’ll be here to act as a revision tool to go over what you’ve covered. We include the key nuggets from the National Curriculum, so we know what to teach you!
We’re training the next generation of Mathematical Whizz Kids.
